How do I choose a brow shape?

Start with the stencil closest to the shape you already wear day to day. The kit includes several shapes, so you can try a softer or more structured outline without buying anything extra.

Can I build the colour intensity?

Yes. Apply lightly for a softer finish, or press again in the same position to build more definition gradually. Building in stages gives you more control than a single heavy application.

Is the product suitable for beginners?

It is designed to make brow shaping simpler, because the stencil provides the outline. There may still be a short learning curve while you find the placement and pressure that suit you.

How do I clean the stencil?

Wipe the stencil with a gentle micellar water or mild soap and water after use, then let it dry fully before storing. Keeping it clean helps the edges stay crisp.

How should I store the product?

Close the kit and keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days. Estimated delivery is approximately 2–8 business days within Australia and approximately 2–9 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia, standard shipping is $10 and express shipping is $15. Shipping is free on orders over $60. International standard shipping is $10 and express is $15, free on international orders over $60.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery is estimated at approximately 2–9 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Will I receive tracking?

You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information where tracking is available for your order.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch. Statuses such as "in transit" or "departed facility" do not necessarily mean the parcel is immediately available for delivery.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the applicable estimated delivery window, email our support team and we will investigate with the carrier or fulfilment provider. Nothing in our shipping policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period on eligible purchases, beginning on the date your order is delivered. Separately, products that do not meet applicable consumer guarantees are handled under consumer law, which is not limited by the 30-day window.

Can I return a change-of-mind purchase?

Yes, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery, the product is unused and in a condition suitable for resale, and the return is approved by us before being sent back. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is generally the customer's responsibility.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Email our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video where appropriate. Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.

How do I request a return?

Contact us first. Please do not send anything back before a return has been approved, and do not use an address taken from the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to update it, but once dispatched we cannot guarantee an address change is possible.

How do I use the brow stamp?

Choose the stencil closest to your preferred shape, position it over your brow, apply the brow powder using the included stamp, then repeat on the second brow and adjust the finish if you want to.

How can I create a softer look?

Use a lighter hand, especially around the front of the brow, and build the colour gradually rather than pressing firmly on the first application.

How can I create a more defined look?

Build the colour in stages, repeating the application in the same position until you reach the level of definition you want.
